Penggunaan Google Form Dalam Membantu Pelaksanaan Tugas Di Desa Karangtengah

Abstract

The use of Google Forms as an assessment tool for the assignment creation process also supports paper saving programs as a form of environmental care. Thus, it can be concluded that Google Forms are very suitable for collecting opinions from people who are far away, managing the contents of questionnaires, collecting data, creating impromptu quizzes, reviewing simpler tasks, and so on. Google Forms also have several advantages which include: easy to operate, economical, free, not limited by time and space, responsive, and easy to share. In the process of carrying out the task of making questionnaires, Karangtengah Village still uses paper which is distributed to respondents. The number of questionnaires distributed and the number of questionnaires received sometimes does not match, causing data errors. So because of this problem, to make the process of creating a questionnaire easier, we will use Google Form. Using Google Forms as a tool for assessing the task work process also supports the implementation of work quickly and accurately. Google Form is one of the right choices as a medium to facilitate the implementation of work in Karangtengah Village. This media was chosen with the hope that all village officials will be more focused on carrying out their tasks and can minimize the duration of work compared to handwriting. This function is used via the Google Form website page, so its use can be done anywhere with an internet network. It is hoped that understanding the use of the Google Form application in Karangtengah Village can make all work easier for village officials. Apart from that, it can save time and get maximum results because the work is done quickly and accurately.
