Penguatan Manajemen Pelayanan Kesehatan untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pelayanan Kesehatan dengan Model HOT-FIT

Rumah Sakit Nasional Guido Valadares, Timor Leste secara fungsional dijalankan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan menyimpulkan bahwa kapasitas manajemen di semua tingkatan sangat rendah, dengan manajer tingkat atas dan menengah tidak memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan bidangnya. Akibatnya, organisasi kerja menjadi sangat buruk, begitu pula kualitas pengendalian dan pengawasannya. Manajemen menengah dan staf umumnya kehilangan motivasi. Di sisi lain RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar merupakan salah satu RS yang paling unggul di kabupaten Karanganyar dari semua rumah sakit. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui penguatan pelayanan kesehatan menggunakan pendekatan HOT-FIT. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode presentasi dan diskusi. Selain itu diberikan evaluasi kegiatan melalui pretest dan post-test yang dilaksanakan melalui Webinar Series pada hari Kamis, 30 Mei 2024 pukul 09.00 WIB. Jumlah peserta dalam kegiatan ini sejumlah 37 peserta dari RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar maupun dari RS Guido Valadares Nasional Timor Leste. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dengan selisih rata-rata skor peserta atau nilai mean berdasarkan hasil uji statistic paired sample t-test sebesar 7,29. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan topik penguatan manajemen pelayanan kesehatan  untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dapat dikatakan efektif yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman melalui nilai Sig. (2-tailed 0,000) berdasarkan hasil uji statistic paired sample t-test.
